If you could become fully enlightened instantly on any one subject, which subject would you choose?

Cooking.  Most definitely.  Just ask Jesse; he'll tell you I'm the worst wife ever because I don't cook real food.  I know how to cook basic things, I just don't have time/energy most nights to cook a real meal.  My poor husband...still eating like a college student.  I feel that if I learn more about cooking, not just basic stuff but fancy schmancy stuff, I'll find it easier and more enjoyable to cook real food.
